Our products are intended for adults 21+ only. We comply with all state and local laws governing online sales and delivery of nicotine products. That means some destinations are not eligible for delivery, and certain addresses may be limited to non-flavored items.

Heads up: Our checkout automatically blocks restricted destinations and flavors based on your shipping address. If your order is affected, you’ll see an alert before payment.

How We Decide Where We Can Ship

We monitor state and local rules for:

  • Whether direct-to-consumer (DTC) shipping of nicotine products is allowed

  • Adult-signature (21+) requirements

  • Flavor restrictions (e.g., bans on mint/menthol, fruit, or “characterizing flavors”)

  • Any special licensing, tax, or age-verification requirements that affect delivery

When a state or locality prohibits DTC shipments or flavors, we do not ship those items there.

We offer Free Shipping on orders $48+ (after discounts, before tax) where delivery is allowed by law. Adult-signature fees may still apply where required.

Returns/Refunds on Restricted Orders

  • If your order is placed to a restricted location, we’ll cancel and refund the product price automatically.

  • If a package is returned because an adult signature couldn’t be obtained, we’ll refund the product price less shipping/return fees. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Planning to Travel or Move?

If you’re traveling or moving to a state with restrictions, consider shipping to:

  • A permitted address in an eligible state, or

  • A licensed retailer (where allowed) willing to accept delivery on your behalf
