Age Reminder: Our products are intended for adults 21+. We use age-verification at checkout and may require Adult Signature (21+) at delivery where required by law. 

Where We Ship

  • United States only. We currently ship to U.S. addresses, subject to state and local restrictions.
  • No international shipping at this time.
  • Restricted destinations: We do not ship to jurisdictions that prohibit online sales of nicotine products or certain flavors. Orders to restricted locations will be cancelled and refunded. See our State Shipping Restrictions page for the current list. 

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Typical processing time: 1–2 business days. During launches or promotions, allow 2–4 business days.
  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff may begin processing the next business day

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via USPS and other reputable carriers. Available options and estimated transit times are shown at checkout.
  • Transit times begin after your order ships and vary by destination and carrier service.
  • Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control (weather, carrier volume, etc.). 

Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping on orders $48+ (after discounts, before tax) where available.
  • Orders below the threshold pay standard calculated shipping.
  • Certain services (e.g., Adult Signature 21+) may carry an additional fee where required by law. 

Age Verification & Adult Signature (21+)

  • We verify age at checkout using a third-party service. If verification fails, we may request additional information or cancel the order.
  • Adult Signature (21+) may be required at delivery. A government-issued photo ID must be presented to the carrier.
  • If delivery is attempted and no eligible adult is available, the carrier may attempt a second time or return the package. Reship fees may apply for returned packages.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.
  • We cannot redirect packages once in transit. If an order ships to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout and is returned, we can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply. 

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

  • PO Boxes: Most USPS services deliver to PO Boxes. Adult Signature services may require a physical address—if so, we’ll contact you.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Currently not supported due to product category and carrier restrictions. 

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation. 

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, Damaged)

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact support@stokespicks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll investigate and, if verified, replace or refund at our discretion.
  • Marked delivered but not received: First, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If still missing after 2 business days, email support— we’ll assist with a carrier trace.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact support. Resolutions depend on carrier results; we may replace or refund at our discretion. 

Split Shipments & Backorders

  • To get available items to you faster, we may split shipments at no extra charge.
  • If an item is backordered after you purchase, we’ll notify you and offer a new ship date, a comparable substitution (with your approval), or a refund for the affected item.  

Cancellations & Holds

  • Orders can be cancelled before they ship by contacting support. Once shipped, please use the Returns & Refunds process (unopened items only).
  • We may place a hold or cancel an order for age-verification failure, payment issues, suspected fraud, or state shipping restrictions. 

Holidays & High-Volume Periods

  • During holidays, launches, and promotions, processing and transit times may extend. We appreciate your patience while carriers handle increased volume.

Taxes & Fees

  • Applicable sales and excise taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Some jurisdictions require an Adult Signature fee; if applicable, it will be shown at checkout.
