We want you to love your Stokes Picks. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right—within the guardrails below.
Age Reminder: Our products are for adults 21+ only.
What’s Eligible for Return
- Unopened items only may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be sealed in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- A valid Order Number and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) are required.
For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, opened or used consumables cannot be accepted.
What’s Not Eligible
- Opened, used, or damaged items (not due to carrier damage)
- Items without original packaging or tamper seal
- Final sale or promotional items marked non-returnable
- Free gifts, samples, or bonus items
- Gift cards or store credit
- Orders older than 30 days from delivery
- Products purchased from other retailers (please return through the original seller)
How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Email support@stokespicks.com with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[12345]
- Your name, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective)
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[12345]
- We’ll confirm eligibility and issue an RMA plus return instructions.
- Pack items securely. Include the RMA inside the box.
- Ship using the label/instructions we provide (or your own label if directed).
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or significantly delayed.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact support@stokespicks.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and the item(s).
- Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the affected item(s) at our discretion.
Refunds: Timing & Method
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- If the original method is unavailable, we may issue store credit.
Shipping Costs & Deductions
- Original shipping, Adult Signature (21+), and expedited fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the item was defective/damaged.
- If a return causes your order to fall below the Free Shipping $48+ threshold, we may deduct our outbound shipping cost from the refund.
- Refused/Undeliverable packages (e.g., incorrect address, repeated failed Adult Signature) may incur return-to-sender and reship fees, which can be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
- We currently handle exchanges as a return + new purchase to ensure fast processing and accurate inventory.
- For defective/damaged items, see Section 4.
Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing support with your Order #.
- Once shipped, please use the return process above (unopened items only).
Missing or Lost Packages
- Marked Delivered but not received:
- Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and your local carrier.
- If still missing after 2 business days, contact support for assistance with a carrier trace.

- In Transit with no movement:
- If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, email support—resolutions depend on carrier results; we may replace or refund at our discretion.
Third-Party Purchases
- Items bought from other retailers or marketplaces must be returned through that seller under their policy. We can’t process those returns.
Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback, please contact support@stokespicks.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
Policy Abuse & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit support where we detect policy abuse, fraudulent activity, excessive returns, or safety risks.
